China Transformation Hub (简称STEPS中国中心)是北京师范大学社会发展与公共政策学院与英国STEPS研究所合作成立的研究机构，自2015年中心成立以来，成员致力于研究发展与转型中的社会问题，增强社会团结与信任，从公共政策视角助力世界绿色转型的进程。
