Aiming at ForeignersPrinciples of International Dissemination

Producing academic publication is not only an important responsibility of scholars, but also the most challenging key steps involved in any academic work. Office of International Exchange and Cooperation has previously held a series of lectures on academic English writing strategies and techniques for teachers and students of BNU, which was well received by the audience.

In order to continue our efforts to support our university’s frontline research students and young research fellows with their scientific publications in international journals, and thereby enhancing the influence of our researchers in the global academic community. BNU is delighted to have Professor Robert Walker, Distinguished Professor of Beijing Normal University, to share with us his invaluable techniques, expertise, the underlying strategies and rationales in producing international academic seminars and written publications, and to discuss the basic principles of engaging with the international academic community, through a review of various case studies on related social science subjects, as well as his own academic career.
