我院王新松老师于2010年9月23、24日赴英国参加主题为"China and Low Income Countries: Actors, Modes of Interaction, and Analytical Innovations"的研讨会，会议在伦敦大学亚非研究学院(School of Oriental and African Studies)举办，由Open University, Institute of Development Studies (IDS), Development Studies Association (DSA) and the Economic & Social Research Council (ESRC)四所机构共同主办。与会者就中国的发展经验、尤其是中国的发展对其他发展中国家的影响和启示等做了主题汇报并进行讨论，王新松老师演讲的题目是"Grassroots Institution-building in China and Its Implications to Governance in Africa”。
