  Work and family are two main parts of people's life. The conflicts between work and family have an influence on individual's health. Both individual's career development and family happiness will benefit from reducing the conflicts between work and family. This research focuses on the relationship between work-family conflict and health and explore how work-family conflict affects health, to provide basis for policy making. There are findings of the research: firstly, citizens experience much more WIF conflict than FIW conflict on the time, strain and behavior dimensions. Secondly, some factors have a significant effect on individual's health condition, including gender, age, income, workload, housework time, the old care, flexible worktime, work support and family support. Thirdly, all the forms of work-family conflict are significantly related to the four health dimensions. Finally this research uses ordered Logit regress model to test the influencing factors of citizens' health, and has made the conclusion that TWIF, SWIF, BWIF and SFIW significantly affect health. According to the research, several suggestions are provided. The government should develop family-friendly polices and encourage enterprises to develop welfare system to reduce work-family conflict and to make sure people stay health. Enterprises can establish flexible work time system, EAP and other welfare systems to help employees to balance work family conflict and to promote their health condition
