About the Talk

In this talk, the speakers will share with us the experience of crowding-funding and social innovation in England and discuss the policy environment for crowd-funding in China.

 

 

About the Speakers

 

Robert Foster , Co-Founder of Red Ochre, UK. Mr. Foster is specialized in social enterprises, sustainable development, marketing, commissioning and procurement, and project management . He had years of work experience in the commercial sector before moving to the social sector. He has served as consultants for governments, the third sector and social enterprises to help them achieve their goals.

 

 

 

Xiaoxin Wang, CEO of Zhongtou Tiandi Tech (Beijing) Ltd. Ms. Wang founded Zhontou Tiandi in early 2013, with her former colleagues from Thomson Reuters and interns from Tsinghua University. She had worked in Thomson Reuters and Lucent Bell-labs for around 10 years. Ms. Wang got B.E. and M.E. from Beijing Post and Telecommunication Unversity and Ph.D. in management from Royal Institute of Technology (Sweden). Zhongtou Tiandi has helped a number of young artists, designers, journalists, social organizers to raise crowd-funding for their projects successfully so far.
