SSDPP held 1st International Forum on CSR Education in China

　　 SSDPP held the 1st International Forum on CSR Education in China at Yingdong Conference Hall of Beijing Normal University on September 14, 2012. 

Hao Fanghua, Vice President of BNU, attended the meeting. Mm. Hao noted, when she was addressing the meeting, that the frequent incidence of industrial accidents in China caused by corporations’ lack of social responsibility is a solid proof that China needs better CSR talent. She believed that BNU, as one of the leading universities in China, should shoulder the responsibility to introduce overseas CSR educational resources to China and make its impact on cultivating more CSR talent of China its own. 

Worth mentioning is that Vice President of Corporate Citizenship of Global Electric (GE) Foundation, Robert Corcoran, attended the meeting, in which, he assumed officially the role of Chairman of International Council of SSDPP’s China Institute of Social Responsibility.
