On the afternoon of August 6, 2013, nearly 30 people from 21 migrant schools in Beijing obtained the "2013 First Sino-Ocean Migrant School Principal Training Certificate" jointly issued by Beijing Sino-Ocean Charity Foundation and SSDPP.

During the three-day professional training period, relevant experts from Beijing Normal University, professional educational and research institutions and well-known multinational enterprises arranged a variety of training courses for 30 migrant school principals mainly through interactive teaching and learning. In order to participate in this training, many schoolmasters and backbone teachers postponed their plan for home returning in summer vocation, overcame the daily round-trip transportation between urban and rural areas and attended the seminar every day. At the experience-sharing meeting after the professional training, the school principals expressed their feelings on the event and said they’ve learned a lot in the training and are looking forward to the internships and field research in the next phase. Meanwhile, the school principals expressed heartfelt praise for the training held by Beijing Sino-Ocean Charity Foundation and hoped they’ll have more opportunities to participate in the teacher trainings and other charitable activities organized by Beijing Sino-Ocean Charity Foundation in the future.

On the closing ceremony, Secretary-general Duan Tao of Beijing Sino-Ocean Charity Foundation and Vice President Hua Weilian of China Institute of Social Responsibility at Beijing Normail University issued certificates to 30 school principals who participated in the training.
